Beta alanine works by dropping the acid levels inside muscles by working to absorb hydrogen ions produced during exercise and thus reducing the acid environment whilst fighting weakness and fatigue. This agent has also shown to improve endurance, strength and fitness by reducing muscle acidity in exercise. 

This product is available from Nutrition Warehouse in a 100g size option. Add two grams (3/4 level scoop) to 250ml of water or chosen beverage. Consume one serve 15 minutes before exercise and one serve 15 minutes post training. On non training days consume one serve daily in 250ml of water or juice.

For enhanced results consume with one serve of Genetix Creatine Monohydrate.
