Each serve (1 tablet) of Women’s Multi + by Herbs of Gold has:
  • Vitamin C, D and E
  • B vitamins
  • Zinc and selenium
  • Chromium
  • Iron
  • No added egg, milk, peanut or tree nut products.
  • No lactose, gluten, artificial colouring, flavourings or preservatives.

Warning: This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. 

Adults and children over 12 years - Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

This product is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women: Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
