When is the best time to have Whey Protein by Body Science BSc?

If you have Whey Protein before your workout, it is better to consume 60 minutes before training. Add a scoop with 600ml of water, shake it and enjoy it. If you need a post-workout recovery supplement, have the recommended dose 15 minutes after training.
