Cognitive Enhancement Blend

Caffeine

Caffeine has been tried tested and proven to be effective for years. By stimulating the release of adrenaline and noradrenaline, caffeine works via synergistic local and peripheral catecholamine release, which has been shown to improve both aerobic and anaerobic performance.

Teacrine

L-Theanine

Theobromine

Found naturally in cocoa extract, theobromine works synergistically alongside caffeine to enhance mood, energy and performance.

Choline Bitartrate

Choline is a precursor to acetylcholine in the brain, which is known as the learning neurotransmitter. When taken alongside caffeine or other stimulants, performance is expected to increase due to the synergistic effect of coupling a nootropic product with an adrenergic stimulant.

Hordenine

Traditionally found in plant extracts such as bitter orange, Hordenine is a two-fold extract with both stimulatory and inhibitory effects on the body. Hordenine enhances performance via simultaneous stimulation of the release of adrenaline while also blocking the re-uptake of adrenaline and dopamine in the brain, which helps mitigate the crash and enhance the longevity of performance.

Vasodilation Matrix (GPLC/Agmatine/Cymbidium Goerengii)

The vasodilation matrix in Virus is designed to minimise the pain response to exercise with Agmatine, which is a metabolite of Arginine, while also enhancing blood flow through enhanced vasodilation from GPLC and Cymbidium.

Athletes using GPLC have reported increased peripheral blood flow to the working muscle, without gastric stress, while studies also indicate a reduction in lactate accumulation and improved anaerobic performance in those using GPLC prior to exercise.
