Pretty Good
It’s a pretty good pre. Flavours could be a bit better, but if you’re not too fussy on flavours i don’t have any real complaints. Keeps you focused on the gym, not a big buzz but low caffeine so this is obvious.

It is very useless product ,you can sleep at night. And doesnot give u kick for workout.

Tingles
Great Pre, doesn’t have much caffeine but has a large amount of beta alanine which gives you good tingles which i personally like and never fails to work well. Started taking this after i started double scooping other pres that didn’t do much for me apart from a caffeine rush. Has all the ingredients that I personally think are essential for a good workout, would definitely recommended. Flavours can be better, I’ve had the strawberry lime and pineapple one and theyre a bit hard to swallow, but fortunately i dont really care about stuff like this, as long as i can feel it in my workouts.
