    Sleep Like a Baby with No Morning Grogginess

    As a grown man, I'm not afraid to admit that I want to sleep like a baby. I am a mid-30's working professional that has struggled with sleeplessness due to stress, anxiety, and takes Adderall for attention issues. Prior to trying Rest&Quiet Sleep Formula Spray 25mL, I used to take 2-3 melatonin tabs (6 - 9 mg) nightly. This helped but was not consistent in helping me fall asleep AND stay asleep. Additionally, I would wake up groggy where I feel compelled to chug coffee until I am no longer a zombie. It got to the point where I was desperate for anything that would help me:

    1) fall asleep

    2) stay asleep

    3) wake up without any grogginess

    After some online research and hours reading reviews, I found RestQ Liquid Formula. This product checks all the boxes above and is ALL NATURAL. I'm not a hippie by any means but all-natural is my preference and certainly what I would want to try before OTC products (Unisom) or prescription (Ambien). It is a liquid where you can take as much as you feel you need without any major side effects. 30-40 minutes after taking a dose of Rest&Quiet Sleep I would begin to feel sleepy, pass the F out, and wake up feeling like I actually SLEPT.
