Making sure you have an adequate hydration solution is a crucial component in maximising performance. Whether you’re an elite athlete or an everyday gym goer, this diverse rehydration product covers all bases.

This product will replace the fluid and essential electrolytes lost during exercise. Failure to replace such agents may affect exercise capacity and ultimately performance.

There is also a low carb version of this product. 

Endura is used by athletes around the world such as world champion surfer Joel Parkinson, Olympic runner Craig Mottram and triathlete star, Emma Jackson.

Each dose (25 g) contains:

  • Magnesium amino acid chelate ("Meta Mag")
  • Sodium chloride
  • Calcium amino acid chelate
  • Potassium citrate

Consume one level scoop in 350 mL of water.

For exercise rehydration consume before, during or following exercise as needed.

For daily hydration consume once daily or as required. Take up to four doses per day.

For the relief of muscular cramps and spasms consume twice daily.

Or take as directed by a healthcare professional.

    Hydration help

    I have been using this product for well over 12 months now and have found it to be extremely helpful in keeping me hydrated.

    I choose the berry flavoured one, and find the taste delicious!

    I used to often feel faint after a training session because my blood pressure would drop due to dehydration.

    I would have consumed plenty of water but that was obviously not enough.

    I now use this product during and after every training session and no longer experience any faintness at all.

    Great

    I have been using this product over a year now after never using a "sports drink" before. It's easy to drink, doesn't repeat and is refreshing after a run. I NEVER not have it in my cupboard.
