Depending on your goals, you may need different protein requirements. Here’s a suggestion:

If you are practising lower activity, take 1.25 scoops (30g) 30 minutes post-training, giving you 20g protein/serve. If you are doing an intermediate activity, then two scoops (45g), 30 min post-training, will give you 30g protein/serve. For recovery, take 2.25 scoops (52g), equating to 35g protein/serving.
