Ingredients

Whey Protein Concentrate

Whey Protein Concentrate is the least processed version of whey and has a high yield of muscle building amino acids, is low in lactose, creamy in texture and has a high level of healthy bacteria for your stomach as well as IGF-1 and IGF-2 factors for muscle growth.

Calcium Casein

Derived from milk, casein is a high quality protein source shown to reduce muscle loss above all whey protein sources. Due to its thickening response when it comes into contact with liquid, casein coagulates and digests slower than whey protein, providing a strong appetite suppressive effect while also being extremely creamy in texture.

Scitec Protein Pudding is a gourmet low calorie, how protein dessert for anyone on the run needing a high protein snack or someone wanting a delicious dessert before bed.

Use a shaker to mix 1 serving (40g) of powder with 250ml of water and shake until it thickens. Pour into a bowl, take a spoon and eat it after resting it a while or in place of one of your meals. Chilled pudding is even more pleasant. Consume within 2 days, store a 4°c.
