As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Pre Jym with 354-946mL of water and drink 30-45 minutes before workouts. Consider allowing Pre Jym to mix for 10-15 minutes before drinking. Also consider drinking it over the course of 15-30 minutes.

Amazing
Jym is a great pre workout best to start with under half a scoop to feel the smooth feeling of energy you will enjoy it more. endless training with no come down was my experience.

Wicked, but pricey
Awesome pre workout! Such a clean pump without all the jitters from other pre workouts I've used in the past. But it does come with a higher premium compared to others out there, well worth the price though.

Great Product
I have used this product for 2 tubs and it is a great product, only problem is, it lacks supply at all stores, If the Capalaba store could stock I would be buying it from them.

Awesome MORNING gym pre-workout
I found this supplement after doing my own research onto what ingredients I was looking for in a pre-workout. The ingredients and quantities involved are close to exact in what I was looking for. Yes, I'm a morning gym goer, and I take the supplement after my stir-fry vegetable based breakfast. While I am not a pre-workout supplement connoisseur, I have found this product has really given me a boost in gym workout, and I find I don't experience the 'caffeine crash' til evening, which is when I want it anyway. I don't drink coffee or other caffeinated products, but if you do, be caffeine-load conscious. IMPORTANT: If you gym at night, this may not be the product for you. If I gymmed at night, I would not be taking this product, as it would keep me up at night. So if you do, consider testing a quarter serving, then a half, then a full and see how you go. It might still be okay to take for night gym, but you may have to put up with only a 1/4 or 1/2 serving.
