Pre-workout
This is a good pre-workout for regular training. I am not sure about the pup but yes, the FOCUS is really there.
During training making muscle and mind working together is important. It also did help me loose fat percentage.
Taste is not bad but yes wash the bottle as soon as you consume the pre-workout, DO NOT let it sit in the kitchen, as it builds this nasty smell.
