As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving 1-2 times per day. Mix 1 serving with 4 fl. oz (120mL) of cold water (to desired sweetness) and consume immediately. For best results take 20-30 minutes prior to training or add to your post-workout recovery drink. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
