Great if you workout at night
Due to my gym’s class schedule and the long drives to and from work, nighttime is my only option to train. This pre-workout is caffeine-free, which means you still get all the focus and tingles, but without the buzz that keeps you awake at night.
Don’t get me wrong — I definitely feel energised after a scoop, but it doesn’t affect my sleep negatively. In fact, since switching to this product, I’ve started dreaming again and I’m getting much more restful sleep.
I got the punch flavour and its delicious. My friend got the watermelon one but likes my flavour more.
