The best time to dink Redcon1 Total War RTD is 20 to 30 minutes before training. This allows enough time for the body to absorb the ingredients making it effective. The Redcon1 Total War RTD effects vary depending on each individual. However, the effects can generally last for 1 to 3 hours. Tolerance and metabolism may affect the effect’s duration.

How much caffeine is in the Total War RTD by Redcon1?

Each serving (bottle) of Total War RTD contains 300mg of caffeine anhydrous plus 3200mg of beta-alanine and 6000mg of citrulline malate 2:1.

Assess your tolerance by drinking half a bottle prior to training. Once your tolerance is assessed, drink one bottle 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed 1 bottle in a 24-hour period.
