Everyone's joined the baked oats train, and we don't want you to miss out!
Super easy to make, you'll love having this for brekkie, post-workout or anytime you just want a solid hit of protein and carbs! With filling oats and amazing-tasting whey protein, you may find you don't even need to add the extra maple.
As we ease into the warmer months soon, this recipe could end up being a regular fave!

0.5 cup Rolled Oats
30g Protein Powder
1/3 cup Apple, diced
1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or honey
0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Grease your pan or ramekin with cooking spray
STEP 2
Combine all the ingredients in your blender until smooth
STEP 3
Put the butter into the ramekin or pan.
STEP 4
Bake for approx. 25 minutes
STEP 5
Leave to cool for about 10 minutes
